How to Register
You can register online, by phone, by fax, by mail, or in person:
Register Online
Online registration with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express) is available for most noncredit continuing education courses. Click on "All Scheduled Programs" under "Quick Links" on the top navigation bar for an updated list of courses with links to online registration. You can also browse our site at www.outreach.usf.edu/conted, navigate through the various program areas which display individual course links, and click on the session links below each currently offered course.
To use our secure site for course registration, you will need to establish your online login ID (your email address) and password. Instructions for new and returning customers are included in the How to Register Online page. NOTE: If you recently changed your email address, call 813-974-2403 to update your record.
Note: As a training provider, some programs require the inclusion of the last four digits of your social security number for enrollment verification or professional certification. This requirement will be stated in the program overview. Information you exchange with this site is secure and cannot be viewed or changed by others. Credit card information is encrypted and used for payment processing.
(To see if a site is secure, look for any of the following: a closed lock symbol; a site address/URL starting with "https://" or a message box confirming the transmission is secure.)
An automatic verification of your registration request will be sent by email. Your official confirmation receipt will be mailed along with a parking permit (if applicable), maps, and any appropriate inserts within three business days. For some programs, only an email notification is sent, which is noted in the email. Please read all information carefully.

Register by Phone
Call 813-974-2403 (or toll-free in Florida: 866-541-7124), option 1. Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. Registration hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Register by Fax
Fax the mail/fax registration form to 813-974-5732. Registration must include credit card information or company approved purchase order.
Register by Mail
Mail the mail/fax registration form to USF Continuing Education Registration, 4202 E. Fowler Avenue, NEC116, Tampa, Florida, 33620-6758. Registration must include credit card information or company approved purchase order.
Register in Person
Register at the Continuing Education (NEC) Building, 3220 USF Banyan Circle, located at the northwest corner of the USF Tampa campus near the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and Fletcher Ave., Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Register Early!
Early registration (at least 7-10 days prior to course start date) allows sufficient time to mail your registration confirmation, parking permit and textbook information. A late fee is effective five days prior to the course start date. If you do not receive your registration confirmation within seven days of registering, call 813-974-2403, option 1, to verify enrollment. Registrations/walk-ins are not accepted on the course start date and cannot be accepted by the instructors.
Please note: Your registration for University of South Florida Continuing Education
(USF CE) noncredit programs does not confer status as an enrolled student at the university. Noncredit students/participants do not receive library privileges, email access, student ID cards, wireless access, or other university services that are supported by credit programs or student activity fees.
